Spring is in the air

Spring is in the air with new calves being born on the farm, daffodils flowering and the wild garlic beginning to come through with its wonderful smell. As well as looking beautiful, and I think I may use it in my next card designs, the wild garlic makes the most delicious wild garlic butter. Just whizz up a handful of the new young leaves with some butter, spread on some bread and pop it in the oven – delicious
